I really like it, the feet might be a bit overly complicated poly-wise with the feet but other than that the variation is good!

why not just use the naga siren texture for the green version and the succubus for the red one's face? they both look like they have beards.

Good point. But almost every female orc model on the site use that texture. Just wanted to try something different this time.

An excellent model! In my opinion there aren't enough female Orc models. Thinking about it, if there were more female Orcs for others to use, there could be a campaign with all-female orc clan that fights against the Undead, the Demons and some lesser threats (Centaurs, Quillboars).
Also, it's good that you gave a link to a tumblr page with drawings of female orcs, really cool and awesome artworks!
