OMG Just one suggestion!
For the passive icon, make the glow smaller, more realistic!
That would make it look totally epic!
You should also cast shade on/remove the light from the rooftop, like others suggested.
It deserves 4/5 until you get those done (for 5/5), and a vote for approval!
(not to mention reputation!)

Well, because it's supposed to be darker when disabled.
You could make custom disabled icons with no glow and no fire!
But right now it looks like a 5/5!
