ATC should not have grey borders. You should only create one image and then use Button Manager to generate other variants.

i was using wc3 image renamer but the one you say seems to be more easier. Im gonna do it

Because the Author didn't think they were needed, since Bloodlust is usually an auto-cast spell. If you want passive versions, use this tool: Button Manager.
