    Here's a CSW-related statement and question...

    If you pay close attention on certain Horde maps such as Quel'Thalas, you will see that simply by selecting a unit to train (such as a grunt), you end up with either an Enforcer or Fanatic, and in the case with the Orc Bowman either him or the Gangrel.

    Hello all,

    Just in case you guys are wondering whether you feel like working on anything prehistoric, here's a gift for you.

    I found this Forgotten Bloodlines: Agate video on YouTube depicting Cenozoic Megafauna, useful for things like Trolls to use.

    They're not "dinosaurs" because they're mammals, but they're still very interesting. Dinos are quite overused, IMO.

    I ain't gonna lie, these animals would fit perfectly for things like Forest Trolls, Zul'Aman, and what Forest Troll lands were like before elves and men arrived.

    I have a curious question about Reforged...
    Should I still purchase the game and go through all the trouble trying set up the program, all the while verifying that I'm human and not a bot? Or is there an easier way, such as simply downloading a patch off the Hive?
    The reason I ask is because I only have version 1.26, and the new Garithos Human Campaign by Nral in which I want to play requires version 2.00.

    I'm working on an infernal model with glowing TC eyes. It involves using the Particle Emitters 2 but with team color.

    Hello man, nice to see you!
    Honestly, I edited tons of models if you saw my thread (over 60-70 never counted them) but never tried this. I was using particle emmiters for flame,s dust, effects etc... never for team color. When I need something such as team colored eyes, I am using transparent squared over eyes with Replaceable ID2 (ID 1 shoul be tea color, ID2 should be team glow).
    But I am brainsorming now. Even if you cannot make it using particle emmiters, you should try particle emmiters glowing or pulsing over regular team colored eyes, as additional geoset over it which is transparent or something like that. So you have regular TC eyes, plus pulsing effects in front over it. Theoretically it should mimic pulsing/glowing eyes... But again, just brainstorming, never tried it actually, I did not need that to experiment.

    Oh hey! By the way, I like very much your horror stuff. That tree skin and others, really fit into old school horror scene with old graveyard, ruined fences, those naked trees and fogs. If you did not notice I have my thread about monsters, I made many of classical stuff as well.

    For the Trigger Editor, I'm using a Felwood Mercenary Camp and made it void of Mercenaries; but then when something specific happens, I want that Mercenary Camp to be supplied with creep monsters such as Satyrs at the ready.

    What trigger commands should I use?

    I have some models that according to the Sanity Tester, I should turn some bones into helpers if they are not attached to vertices, yet when I did I ended up with a Parsing Failed.
    Also, whenever I try and connect vertices, I sometimes end up with an Access violation error.

    mdlvis can automatically change bones into helpers if they're not connected to vertices but precise conditions are murky, try going into sequence editor (F3) -> "bones" tab and move some stuff around there, attach and reattach/detach some other stuff, then save your model and see if it worked
    "duplicate" in magos creates a duplicate bone with same coords and same translation/rotation/scaling but unattached to anything. try doing that combined with what i wrote above
    or just create a new helper and copy your coords/translation/totation/scaling

    Remember the Abandoned Farm model I made with the red glow? How do I write the trigger, so the farm alternates during the game's day/night cycle?

    I'm assuming it's an animation set for the glow? If so in the triggers for the event you'll want whatever time corresponds to night time and then in the actions under the animations section add animation tag and add cinematic tag for farm, or something like that with the animation name tag you used.

    I'm making a Black Arrow Ultimate Ability using the Slow Poison Passive ability. Unfortunately, I cannot select the new Ultimate's button when I try and click on it. Is there a way to make it "clickable?"

    Well depends how much triggering is needed.
    If you want to trigger all of it then use some spell and make it not do anything.
    You can even make it auto-cast, using Slow as the base spell but since it's an ultimate I don't think you need that.
    If paralyze means stun, then using Firebolt is a really good choice.
    If you do not what to stun then it is a bit more tricky. I'm not sure if you can detect with an Event things such as the Searing Arrows ability, ask around since I don't know that.

    Edit: idk if you still need to achieve this thing you asked and if you've managed to do it but you can actually use Slow as an ultimate (just set the required level to 6 after making it a hero ability), idk what I was saying... Anyway,
    it will be auto-cast though.
    But basically when you use the ability you want to create a dummy unit with the Slow Poison passive ability and make it attack the target of the spell.
    Then you decide what else to trigger such as stun (if needed for the "paralyze" effect) etc...

    Is there a way to "copy, paste, and mirror" a mesh? Do I need another program?

    There's a mirror command in Mdl Vis. On the tool panel on the right. It's a blue button with an upwards pointing arrow. It mirrors through the current workplane (XY / YZ / ZX).
    After that you also need to press the "-1" button or the normals will be turned inside out.

    If anyone here knows about triggering and the Rexxar Campaign map where we kill Admiral Proudmoore, I've included Custom Units for both sides, but their AI keep "reserving them" as opposed to actually sending them out.
    How do I fix this?

    You may be able to make player 13-24 skin for player 1-12. Apply to the version with only 12 players.Like Player 6 (Orange): Tangerine.

    This is a question for people who have deep knowledge, pertaining to lore about portals in WoW.

    On Discord, I personally asked DesignerDave about Portals because we see Kel'Thuzad's Portal being in two different locations, which confounded me because normally a portal stays put. One map shows where Arthas fought, whereas the other features a tower defense and is even mentioned as a "back alley." DesignerDave replied that portals could move on their own or divide and still lead to the same spot. I asked who I should ask, and he redirected me to the Hive.

    If anyone knows about how a portal could be moved, that will be great.

I just wanna say that I love your different skins especially those for the Ashenvale Trees and I have a suggestion if you are interested, since many people are trying to recreate models and skins from reforged into classic, how about a skin for ashenvale trees based on the ones from reforged?. I think the would look really cool especially if you do it.

    Yeah, this will take me some time before I make a proper move. However, looking at real-like "live" wood and the Quel'Thalas deciduous tree, both are a vintage Beige in color.
