Well, there's all sorts of places across the Internet. However, if we're talking here (& I am), lots of artists such as yourself start up a "art dump" thread with their name on it in the Art forums here. Roland, -Grendel, Hayate, Murlocologist; loads of people. Nice thing about a personal thread is, you can make it whatever you want; dump pictures, show WIPs, work on models (no resource moderator can tell you it's not good enough), etc.
