No only maps! because it isn't war craft to make custom units/buildings for one map! Modding for Yuri's revenge is for whole game!
And yes you can put custom units into map but you must know how to code game, so you will open in notepad or wordpad map and code it. because you code game in his artmd.ini and rulesmd.ini soundmd.ini aimd.ini with notepad

Yuti got lot of new things such as chaos plane, airport, magnetron disk, repair disk, transport disk, Acid trooper,Alien infrantry New hero, mammoth tank, megnetron redesigned into demoler artillery, masterMind can now control max 4 units (instead 3 and inlimited with self destruction) but no more damage himself! Yeah lot of new things! Also more maps, new animals such Lion, Elephant, Kangaroo, Grizzly bear... new tech buildings such as tech Armory, tech police center, tech satellite, tech research center center

Well my mod isn't finished who knows when will I finish it.
That strange building is chrono reactor for Alloed and of course you don't know it because I put it in my mod! I have lot of new units such as Chrono prison for Alied, Goliath Marv, New Abrams tank for USA, Eagle nest for Korea, Aero rifter for british, Grand cannon artillery tank for France... B-2 and aphace to all allies
For Soviets I added Nre flame throper infrantry, terorist and desolator for all, Centurion terro walker for all, For Russia Putin fist tank, for Yugoslavia Tesla Tank, for China Demolition truck (bigger, stronger and enhanced than ex lybian), and for Cyba Hell tank. All of tanks cost 1750 now which means german tank destoryer and tesla tanks are enhanced too.

No, i was not born with it, i have had it for almost 2 years now. I belive i got one of the worlds largest Glucose Levels, when i was discovered. 104 Minimol/litres. Any normal person has 5-7. Anyhow, we rushed to hospital, my uncle is a doctor, and such, i stayed for some weeks, etc etc, and i went all fine. You know- kinda.

Appart from that, the reason that diabetique people may seem thin, is that we are forced to eat healthy, and well, things containing lots of sugar and/or fat is really bad. Thus we do not eat such often. Also sports are important, cause it loweres the Glucose level.

And what i lack is some cells that produce Insulin. Insulin is a 'key' to open up the cells, so that the sugar from the blood can come in, and be used as 'fuel'. But without Insulin, the sugar stays in the blood, and your glucose level is raised, and no fuel for the cells.

No idea at all. I woke up at half past 4, felt weird, thought that my glucose level was low (I am diabetique), called my mom to get me the level-reader, it was fine, took my temperature, and it was high.

Sick like having a feber on 40+ (celsius). It's getting better-
