You were wondering what an RTS was Azusa. So, I'm here to help
RTS = Real Time Strategy
Basically, a game type where you get to move soldiers/armies in a game. Examples are Normal WarCraft 3 maps, Azeroth Wars, Risk, etc. This doesn't include games like DotA or RPG's

Ok about my AI in Accuracy of Strike.
To help you to prevent the AI to dodge most of your skills. Cast your spell attack to the AI.
When the AI use Defend after they hit by your spell attack then wait for the Defend effect to stop then start your combo to the enemy. You will kill it for sure.
