You have a lot of 3D tutorials in the tutorial section here, and among them is one which shows how to remove weapons

You shouldn't import so much useless stuff.
The female grunt for example is complete rubbish, it doesn't add anything to the game but a few kilobytyes.
The orc spearthrower is just a troll spearthrower with another model.
The raptor rider is just a raider with another model.
Etc...

You must create your own units instead of using models for standard units.
Importing a lot of models is very bad for an altered melee, unless you actually need the models: which you don't.
