I'm not sure i understand what you're asking for. Do you want an item that spawns a unit, or is it something else?

I'd be glad to help. I'm not entirely sure that I understand your question though, but I'll do my best to answer it.

Items are not owned by a specific player or team, but only by the player who has them in his/her possession (A hero's possession usually) at the time.
