    i think its comthing to do with the uv wrap - try shrinking or growing its prescence on the texture by a small amount - save - close - re open ur map and see if the bluring gos away if it doesnt...

    That's the buggerance of it, the black trim is part of the custom texture ;n; I'm going to detach the mesh and see if it is going low-res because it's attached to a larger mesh at a distance
