If the place wouldve been kept clean and looked after by wardens, there wouldn't have been a hole/rust on illidan's cage

@Quinten Which brings out the question of how wasn't that making it easier for Illidan to escape. Did you see how powerful he was when Tyrande reached him? I imagine they fed him quite well to keep him alive and without muscle atrophy.
