outland risk terrain

I've been working on a risk map with a basic ai. Units come in 2 categories - basic and special. Basic units are limited by building upgrades. Special are trained using gold and food.
There are 5 areas each with 15 capturable settlements. This is the fel swamp which occupies the centre of the map.
Special units are meant to be force multipliers to break the stalemate eg kodo beast with buffing aura.
