@deepstrasz he's been served a chicken leg, grapes, a loaf of bread, and a boiled egg. And the lady has served him a small bowl of pork cracklings, as extra, for helping her earlier.

He's probably drinking a kind of alcoholic beverage, like stout or malt.

Probably after this: Rescue , when the two return to the walled settelement that tavern is located at, and he later smokes a bit in company of Kaleb and Marcus.

Not rescuing demons, another human character. The two ran into within some woods (the quest ZH undergoes after facing Rotmaw the Hog), the lass had been missing and together they recover an artifact from a group of tainted creatures led by 'King' Moktar.

The lass gets severly pierced by a horn fragment and Z removes it surgically before aplying a Holy Light-esque spell.
