The guy in the left is Allard (COLORED) who has removed his helmet, gauntlets, and the plate and leather belt from his chest. The people in the background are some secondary characters shown in other artworks, except for Aelena (COLORED) who is signaling Allard about apprehending the outsider (or perhaps attack him ) - as she does not trust him yet.
Yes, she's a fairly tall woman.
About the scene:
Allard saw the events in Comic Fun A (4/7)(that's an old version of him in the bottom right frame) where ZH was beating demons outside the locals' base. And he's the guy who convinces his peers to stand down in Meeting (COLORED) albeit they allow him to proceed further only after disarming him due to Aelena's strong protests. He gives ZH a tour around their encampment which is actually a walled area around a small farm and a tavern since the rest of the region has been ravaged by invading demons. Left at the tavern, ZH catches a glimpse of some of the other main and secondary characters. A small brawl takes place because of a trio of thugs who later flee and start a ruckus after seeing into his "face" so a group of soldiers including Aelena and Allard arrive, and the latter tries to defuse the situation.
