This program works really well. Converted some images I couldn't get to convert with Image Extractor II. Thanks.

To use it, it's easiest to just drag the file you want to convert onto the exe.
 
people, BEFORE you go saying &quot;ah its a virus because it doesnt do what I think its supposed to!&quot;, please read what others have said. this is VERY simple and it DOES work.

just drag the picture onto the icon that reads BPLconv. presto, you now have a copy of the picture you converted in the same folder as the other one, just with one small flaw, it flips the picture horizontally and vertically.

to get around this save your finished picture flipped in the first place, so it gets converted to look normal.

Ahh, hypocrisy. A quick read of all of their comments would tell you that the problem isn't that they don't know how to use the program once it's up, but that when it's executed, it near-immediately is terminated.

for poeple <--just drag the image to the program and it will make it blp or tga

if its blp it will make it tga ...if its tga it makes it to blp grate job :thumbs_up::thumbs_up:
 
It doesn't work for me
when i go to test the map after following all the instructions on this site

I couldn't get the warcraft 3 image extractor to work so i used this program
and one i test the map it just shows a black loading screen


help please im trying to get a game up by the end of the week and this is almost my last step
 
Bah, I still prefer the viewer to this. In the viewer, you can select the quality you want, so you can get a lower size into your map.

Now that program works. This one just makes BLP to TGA even though it says vice versa. I tried to make a TGA into a BLP with this and it didn't do anyting. Get that program at Download TGA To BLP2 TGA to BLP 2 | World of Warcraft @ Curse.com for TGA to BLP conversion.
 
this tools is very easy to use:
1st simply drag ur stuff on it that u want to convert.
2nd normally it should make an other one but in BLP
3rd OMG THIS TOOLS IS REALY SIMPLE!!!

Better than people give it credit for

Sure, its quite poorly documented (how hard is it to put a readme in there that says to drop .tga's on the executable?), but, it works really well. There's really almost no way of messing it up.

In other news, its one of the most efficient programs I've used. It does the work, and it does it quickly. What more can you ask for?
 
Yeah, I've noticed all the tools I've downloaded from thehive lately have failed miserably, this one as well. And yes, I read through all the comments and even made a folder all by itself for this program and brought the picture to get converted and it honestly does not work at all.
 
hmmm my loading screen is upside down lol can any1 give me an advice?

Dont tell people theyre wrong for saying it doesnt work dor them and yes i looks like a virus to me but the problem is that it doesnt work on Vista or any thing other than Xp wich is said in the descrpition!
