That comment is wrong in so many ways. Norseman, meaning someone from the north, could have hair from any kind of shade of black, brown, blonde or red or any mix between those.

Sadly this texture does not satisfy the 75% freehand rule for approval as recommended. However it is a lovely texture the parts that have been done and will no doubt be very useful for mapmakers wanting a more northern looking character, or a generic caped man with a staff. Set to Useful/Simple.
