Angle.

The angle of the helmet is setted wrong, please check, change and upload it again. (Yes, I put attachment point - head, and it was far above overhead)
 
Thats what I thought when I first test- and comment it. But I think 'helmet1.01' fits better now. but the top of the head mostly sticks out the model. (at the skeletons)
 
ar u gonna make the rest of the armor?.. this helmet rocks

PD: i used the helmet in your unharmed hero.. but it just dosent completely fit, the mouth is not covered with the helmet
