Yeah, I know the upper part is too big, but it's the way it is on the garithos on horse model, and I decided to keep it that way because it increases the effect of Garithos being some dumb brute, I think these disproportioned shoulderpads fit his character in the campaign.
 
the Problem isint the Upper body, it's the Panzy legs you chose, it's too out of porportion ever for Warcraft....
 
I'd use it if the proportions were to a good balance... Think of it this way - the Arthas Paladin model has large legs whereas they're resized so that they don't look bulgy on the Death Knight model.
 
I've seen alot worse as far as merges go. You should maybe have a try at re-skinning and re-sizing a battle golem then merging the legs with Garithos. You don't have to...but it's something to think about

looks like he is in a hunched position so it might look decent ingame TEST IT BEFORE YOU KNOCK IT
 
He looks strange. Its like you cut of the top half of his body and cut the lower part of a captain and stuck it together.
