Looks really nice, but the browns look a little flat, add some layers too it on the top of the hat and add some ridges or folds to make it look a little worn. Also some highlights in between the folds and such.

Looks cozy!
The red belt(or is it?) is abit blended with the hat in my opinion, maybe you can make it stand out more if you want.

The white margins/halo seem(s) to look as if pixellated even though they are not in the big image. 4/5.

Increase that purple-ish rimlight a bit, it's almost imperceptible in the small icon.
Also, it seems a bit dark, but maybe it's just me(or my laptop display settings).

Update looks quite better. Due to high contrast between highlights and shadows, material got certain plastic feel. Other than that it is nice icon and I'll approve it.

Your other icon, mushroom, still needs work. I'm sure you can make it look much better.
