Tirion Fordring

I wasn't satisfied with my uploaded Tirion model so I made new one. This time with the animations from Direfury. The model is made to fit with the original Blizzard models and it doesn't have huge polycount.
Enjoy and give credits to me and Direfury, this model won't be finished without his animations.

Update: Changed the head entirely. The cape should now have twosided TC.

Review: Model looks great and the given animations look also good enough. A few things though, which should really improve the whole appearance of the model once changed. 1. The head. The beard and the hair just look wrong. Use the head of the wow...

You've grown as a modeller. Animations fit nicely, mesh and wrap are great too. Great beard and polycount. Not a fan of tiny heroglow - it's not exactly in line with Blizz models and there are hardly enough models with tiny heroglow to make it a thing.

Attach his beard to his chin though.
Now when you mention it, I didn't really saw it's a bit smaller than the glow original warcraft heroes have. Direfury made it like that and I didn't payed attention to that to be honest.

1. The head. The beard and the hair just look wrong. Use the head of the wow model or any given art of that as a reference. The hair on your model starts at the forehead and goes straight back over the head. There is no parting in the hair. Take a look at paladinjst's models, many of them have it and it makes them look more edgy and detailed and also more realistic. This can be considered a different hairstyle though, so it's okay.

The most important part is the beard. It's just too huge and looks like a scarf. It also goes in the wrong direction. The hair should be facing downwards but it's a straight line down from the ears. That mustache could also be trimmed down just a little bit. Also: the chin does not move with the mouth when speaking. That makes it look really weird. Take a look at other wc3 models for that .

2. A minor thing: When looking at the model from the front, the material of the cloak is not teamcoloured.
