Fairly well done table and chair. An attachment point at the top of the table, and/or "Sprite First, Second, Third" at random spots on its surface could be useful for the users, to add items on top of it via attachment. But perfectly approvable at the current state.

I don't think Blah -1 and Blah -2 are appropriate animation names

Looks nice, but one could also just use animated versions of the three model pieces, would allow more variation and also removes an additional imported model.
