Fairly well done table and chair. An attachment point at the top of the table, and/or "Sprite First, Second, Third" at random spots on its surface could be useful for the users, to add items on top of it via attachment. But perfectly approvable at the current state.

A really neat trick would be to make all of these the same model, with different animations.
