The anims apply very well, but the mesh (geometry) isn't good and the texture is terribly bad. In addition, the gutz are all screwed up. Change it's texture to 'Textures\gutz.blp' (Make a new material).

Just like your Gon/my Goku model this Togepi model is just a vertex edit and reskin of DvO's team colored Kirby. That's why it has the same .zip name and UV layout. Unlike me DvO usually gets upset when people edit his stuff without asking. But if you had asked he most likely would have let you he just wants people to ask first as its common courtesy.
