67chrome: Most of the original skin is still there, it looks like what you did was turn all the highlights into white and then add a solid color on top of it. Skins need to have 75% freehand work to be approved, and that work should have some effort put into it as well. I would highly recommend fallowing along with the skinning tutorials in the 2D art section to improve your skills, whatever technique you used on this skin looks rather unappealing.
