Okay, sorry to come back to this, but his beard looks weird for his portrait model. Is there a way to fix it?
And it seems that it's also a think in his very model, maybe improve his whole facial hair if possible.

A couple of small animation issues; not sure how he keeps hold of his staff in Attack 3 and Stand Ready 1, as his fingers are not closed around the shaft.
The other things is in Stand Ready 1 his fingers are really broken up
