General Frank:

- Get rid of the custom textures
- Add more custom stuff to it, right now it's just only geomerges.
- Variation!

EDIT:
Ok, lot of thinks that are not ok with this model:

The peon has a black line through his face
The skin is dreadfull, WAY to pixely
Attack animation is messed up
Random Axes apear (and stay) on the map

Yes it is. And it would look much better if it was a grunt instead of peon. But, it's till nice
You shud fix those animations.

I mean, did you rip them from the WoW Grunt model? As far as I know, that is forbidden by WoW's terms of use AND the THW rules.

this looks wierd some parts need shading and the the peon looks too innocent to wear that kind of stuff kinda scared me

I really like this model. The harness (Belts across his chest) should be given more detail though. Looks too solid.
