- Remapped the carpet.
- Remapped some aspects on merchant, so it looks a bit better and cleaner.
- Fixed head tearing and eye glitches.
- Fixed the crazy looking pants and legs.
- Fixed the shoulder tearing.
- Ran the optimizer on the final model.

- There are a lot of unneeded animation tracks:
You can try to remediate those issues with this tool: MDLX Optimizer - There are some smudgy and unclean wrapping issues and some tearing.

Oh this is really clever, I love it. Turning the Sappers into a mobile, unit-version of the Goblin Merchant building (using textures from that very building) is quite keen. Lovely.
