67chrome: This probably won't upload to icons because an identical resource was already uploaded and rejected in the icons section. Ask the icon moderators for the usefulness of this, as a moderator the author's name can be changed to something like blizzard entertainment, and considering all of the World of Warcraft icons uploaded to this site you might be able to convince an upload of it. It doesn't belong as much in the skins section, even if this is were UIs are submitted. And if an identical resource was already rejected (again the reason I feel it will not load to the icon section), then I do not feel it should be approved.

No, but he just used existing icon... and it should be an icon-type, since its not the skin...

Hm, not very useful. May be... it can be easily done by request by soembody.
Though it can be left in the Skins, for someone who can use it.

It is very simple but I quess it saves people a bit time. I'll rate it 4/5 if you add some fancy effects/make it look better and if you do that you don't have to replace a skin (by uploading it as an icon for example).

No freehanded work, and you did not give credits to blizzard, you credit'd yourself.

Maybe, but it violats the rules, anyone who knows "icon manager" programm can do it... And its not a skin!

i can't upload to icons for some reason it needs disabled and any way some people don't like working to make stuff.

Eh... you can use Button Manager to make your own Scorescreen icons in like 2 seconds.
