Don't submit converted GUI, ever. All you did was change it to JASS without making any modifications. That simply makes your code 10x worse.
Anyways, your spells leak and are coded fairly bad. I highly suggest you study spell making and coding a lot more before submitting anything else. You also need a screenshot uploaded with your spell.

In Arcane Shield You Use 0 Local, Constant, ect Variable So we Can See You Made The Spell In GUI And Not Jass
