I downloaded the icon but the icons were not in it and were not shown when imported into warcraft 3 editor and the file folder itself does not contain the icons. Someone please upload it or fix it.

did you unzip the folder? and did you change the "war3mapImported" to "ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons" for the btn and "ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled" for the disbtn?
