Looks nice, but you could make the wound more red-er or brighter to emphasize the wound bit more.

I advise u to increase the level of detail, to reduce the unused space(u could zoom it in a bit) and to improve the shading(the shading is poor).
Atm it looks more like a trail of red paint.
