Apheraz Lucent: Static background of same base color as the rune does not look nice - it's giving a rather blank appearance. The overexcessive light next to smaller amount of shadows made this look like, as others said, a soap, not a rune, multiplied by the fact that those Rune Chants are not clear, and they're too small.

You have to make the effect and the rune differ from each other, with the exact same (more or less) color as it is now they kind of blend with each other.

Also make the marks on the rune look more like letters, right now it looks like small slashes instead. Reminds me more of a stone than a rune.

Apart from that, good job, and keep them icons flowing! It makes me glad to see users constantly drawing icons

Add these effects around or on the rune to give it more of an old effect instead of a "soap" look, cracks,vines,roots,carvings, ex..

Prehaps too monotone? Recolor the background maybe, otherwise nice icon, 4/5!
