I'm having trouble wrapping my head around why the right has such good definition, and the far left is just a solid color on a rubbery arm. Like was asked for your other icons, can we see a big image?

Change the left side. If lighting is what you were trying to achieve, use soft brushes, don't take a light solid colour and fill. it never works
