enjoy: Looks like a nuddle around the arrow? I think poison is also more light green and glowing? Looks more like it been in the woods to long, and there is growing moss on it. Add more highlights and shading, and define it more.

Is that a snake around the arrow? Anyway, i would add poison on the arrow since it states its a poison arrow.

if its a poisoned arrow then, it should have poison dripping from it.
and this is just a fail remake of this...

huh.. its the first time i see this icon... and yeah its a snake.. and there is poison on the arrow... but i can make it have more poison if u want..

This icon is MUCH better than your other icons.
Try to work a little more with the snake and circle.
Maybe you could make the circle glow or something

wow this looks a ton better and much more different from your last. the only thing that should really be fixed is make the snake a bit more defined along the arrow and try to brighten up the edges of the circles with a bit of a lighter green.
But nonetheless. good work.

hmm very cool idea. but i think you need to really show off the snake and the poison tainted arrow head. maybe zoom in more on those parts. and the circles on the back match a bit too close with the colour of the snake and kind of blends in. need to change that maybe

i cant zoom in... cuz we wont see all the snake..
