I got this idea after seeing this picture, and thinking that the arrow looks pretty nice.

Even if I'm not a friend of any filters, you might want to test to test a contrast filter, so that the blue and white parts get more intensity and the darker part get a little darker.
Maybe, I'm not sure, but you could give it a try and compare them afterwards
