Increase the quality of the sword by making it slightly larger and adding more details, maybe making those lines within the blade more visible and adding a more metallish outlook afterwards with employing correct highlights. That ought to make the blade much more realistic and if the object is okay, the general level of detail is drastically increased.

About the rest: The oval-shaped thing is rather distorted and pixelated, do something with it. You should make it thicker and maybe place it a bit more downwards. If you make it thicker, you should add some flashy stars/gems onto it to pimp the level of details. The wings would look quite okay, when considering the shape, but they need more correct levels and variations of shading, preferably more realistic detalis added.
