Maybe a bigger blast at the bottom of the icon where it hits the ground.

Make it bigger, more centered and fill that black background with soft layer of blue. Else a fine looking icon

Hm. The darker blue looks too solid. Draw some lines with a low opacity and hardness eraser brush and it'll be better i think. And as the other ones allready said, it is a bit blurry, I also find it a bit pixelated.
