Apheraz Lucent: Recolors actually ARE allowed, if the icon is very useful. They still need to be partialy freehanded, thought.

Sadly, no recolors are allowed in THW. The work must be freehand.

Very good! I like that. Is that just recolor of icon which in ultimate of Doom in DotA or you made some other changes?

Hey you know what you should do you should zoom in like crazy and replace the colours with the same colour exept it will technicly have to be set up as handrawn you know it's just an Idea

The icons need to be highly useful and still partially freehanded. Like the Breath of Frost icon.

I really don't see what's so special about simple recolor. It's not even that useful.

However, if you feel I'm doing my moderating wrong, go and contact admins about that.

All is ok. Hive is for custom quality resources, but not to oneClick ones. But the icon was ok as for a recolor but not as good as a custom, and I do not see any reason to approve that.
