The icon itself wouldn't be bad, but details are missing from the dragon's head. Add more, clearer and more visible proportions and use color variations to give room for shading. Also, remove the funky, white borders from the head, it's really distortive.

Somehow, don't ask me why you did this, you only used black/grey colours for the dragon, blurring it and giving it partial transparency in order to colour the dragon by the background.

Instead, you should colour the dragon directly, avoid blurring own icons, use pencil tool, place shadings, blabla.
The usual.
