oh_snap: The whole thing is blurry. Everything really needs to have more definition. The bell needs a definite shape, in contrast to the background. The background looks like a mess of scribbles, and should either be more simplistic, or make the background so that you can tell what it is. As suggested in the comments, use a picture as a reference. Rejected until updated.

So blurry and the left and right posts thingy makes the bell camouflaged

Make the bell more...white, because i can't see it well. Also it looks a bit blurry, you used smudge or something? :/

This just looks like pointless painting?
You should really highlight the bell more. Add some alot more shine and shading to it.
The rope it is hanging from, should be straight, instead of curved that way.
Also edit the shape of the bell, and give it a nice background.
The background could for an example, be a green or yellow glow?
