i think with proper shading, this icon will look great because there's no shading or highlights. at all

Do not post comments, if it is not constructive... Seriously, give other people a chance to improve instead of just flaming. That is very demoralizing.

As for the icon, as Ampharos said, it lacks shading and highlights. Also, the question mark is not very visible, and sort of blends in with the box. I'd suggest using another color for it (perhaps red, seeing as the already existing question mark icon in WC3 is red). The background looks pretty cool though.

I always told people, that accuse me in destructive criticism, that i can give constructive criticism and i will, when i see some realy talented creative guy, but when i see some stuff like that, made without any efforts, i will give that sort of criticism, that will provide enough negative emotions to the guy, let him work better or let he do not post his crap bad works before he can tell they are enough good.

Currently on BP we see bad work, from guy that early tommorow posted CnP of frog's avatar mixed with random frog photo. And let he try make good icons, give efforts in, and then, if it will have problems, i will give constructive criticism, i will help him make emprove his icon.
