Why did you remove all detail, definition and contrast from the blood and made it into one blurry mass?

Red orange juice? Is it just me or is that somewhat contradictory? Oranges are orange, and the juice is as well.

I agree, though, this doesn't look like blood at all, it looks like a opaque red gas. Madness Gas from Hogs of War, anyone? :v
