Icons like these are unacceptable.
They clearly don't feature enough quality to be approved, aswell as poor concepts and execution.
Read up some 2D Art Tutorials in our Tutorials Section,
if you really want to create proper icons yourself.

It's way to simple. You can do it in black and white but it needs more contrast, shading, etc.
