If you want a UI version that replaces the Food icon, you can use this file and change the file name via Asset Manager of the World Editor as "UI\Feedback\Resources\ResourceSupply.blp".

The creation of this icon stems from the lacking "edible" items in the game. The other items I know of are the Cheese, Shimmerglaze Roast, and Monster Lure. You can use this icon for an item that dispels all buffs of the unit or Hero that consumes it. You can also use this for RPG maps you are working on, like the one I am working on as of this moment.
