This looks like an interesting idea for an Altar. However, I think Hive is mistakenly showing the model via it's View in 3D.

Each foundation represents every diversity, the Obelisks represent light, the base of an Outland altar represents darkness, the statue of a soldier represents humanity and the shell foundation represents non-human races which they were part of the Republic Army.
