This looks like an interesting idea for an Altar. However, I think Hive is mistakenly showing the model via it's View in 3D.

This Altar was dedicated to the highly-diverse Arynetian warriors and heroes. Each foundation represents every diversity, the Obelisks represent light, the base of an Outland altar represents darkness, the statue of a soldier represents humanity and the shell foundation represents non-human races which they were part of the Republic Army.
