A theme perhaps? Like racial conversions? Take a unit from one of the standard races, and skin it to be a unit from any of the other three standard races?

By standard I mean Human, Orc, Night Elf, and Undead.

Oh, that would be quite challenging Chriz. How about.... taking existing heroes and modernizing them? Yes, kind of lame, but it certainly would be a challenge Either that or you could make a challenge to see who could make a better Abe Lincoln then me, wait... that wouldn't be very hard now would it If it was still to be just picking a unit and letting people go wild, then I would have to say the Villager Male, since it's very open ended and it would be cool to see some of the crazy stuff people could do with it. Just some thoughts

Loading screen models are virtually useless to most people.

I particuarly liked one of the old wc3camp comps.

- Fallen/Redeemed
A 2 part skinning contest.

Convert any 'good' unit into an 'evil' unit
Or/And
Convert any 'evil' unit into a 'good' unit

So some examples.
Turn a Paladin into a Fallen/Anti Paladin
Turn a DeathKnight into a Holy Knight
etc. etc. etc.
