Wrong with Icon Upload

So now on my second icon upload, i fill in everything and click ''upload'' i waste a sec and this window pops up -

Fatal error: Call to undefined function icon_make_readme() in /home/hiveworkshop.com/forums_hidden/pages/icons_modify.php on line 573

Yarr! so then i chat a bit and eherm.. that guy .. tells me to go here. on the way here i check the icons place and there they are. The icons. so i guess there's no real prob but just for safety i just report this here. Yours truly, Sprout.
