Wrong Importing

I created a lot of custom objects, and those objects need to be transferred from one map to another many times, but sometimes, two objects reset some of their abilities. Like, I created an object from a town hall, which I don't want to have the Call to Arms function, but sometimes the editor resets those abilities to the object when importing. The same goes for a skill called Improved Harvesting, 2 levels, each level increases lumber capacity by 10 and gold capacity by 5. But sometimes when importing the object set, the editor resets the lumber capacity to +5 per level. (though it keeps gold capacity in). Is there a fix to this bug, or a way to avoid it?

Any ideas?

Transferring items from one map to another is ALWAYS a pain in the butt (IMO).

If the objects are already custom units etc. then they should copy and paste fairly well except for any imported files or specific variables which should therefore be copied first.

Spells Importing Tutorial details the import process as it applies to spells.
