WoW Risk?

Me and my friend would like edit the WoW Risk map to be playable for 24 players, but I can't seem to find a newer un-protected version nor can I find contact for the editors or the clan who seem to have been inactive for god knows how long.

That being said, can anyone here point me in directions or send me an unprotected version?

All we would do is make the map playable for 24 players and maybe some balance adjustments, the credits will remain to the original editors
